Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within 5 business days except for commissioned artwork, custom orders, and personalized items, which will have specific estimated times of arrival and will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the order. Once shipped, you can use the shipping confirmation email to track your package.

Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Should this unlikely event occur, you will need to start a claim with the appropriate shipping company and/or contact your local law enforcement non-emergency line to file a theft claim.
